1. Agreement
By using Reply jer — including this website, the WhatsApp chat assistant, and any related services — you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Reply jer.
2. What Reply jer does
Reply jer is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant that answers questions about a property agent's listings in Malaysia. It uses Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate responses based on listing data provided by the Subscriber (the agent).
3. Who can use Reply jer
- Subscribers: Licensed Malaysian property agents who have entered into a Founder Agent Subscription Agreement with us.
- Buyers: Individuals who message a Subscriber's Reply jer WhatsApp number to enquire about listings.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Reply jer for any unlawful purpose
- Upload listings you do not have the legal right to list
- Attempt to access other Subscribers' data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
- Send spam or harassing messages via the Service
- Impersonate another person or licensed agent
- Inject prompts or instructions intended to override the bot's server-side guardrails
5. AI-generated content disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Reply jer's responses are generated by AI and may contain errors, outdated information, or details that do not match the actual property. This is a known limitation of current AI technology.
- Always verify listing details — including price, size, availability, and terms — directly with the agent before making any commitment. Reply jer is an information tool to help you narrow your search. The licensed agent is the source of truth.
- Reply jer is not a licensed property agent, financial advisor, or legal adviser, and must not be relied upon as such.
6. No guarantee of accuracy or availability
We strive for high accuracy and uptime but do not guarantee either. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Reply jer and its operators are not liable for:
- Losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated information
- Missed leads or conversations during outages
- Lost profits, lost opportunities, or indirect/consequential damages
- Third-party service failures (OpenAI, Anthropic, Pinecone, Meta, Railway, etc.)
Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the claimant in the 3 months preceding the claim, or RM 500 if no fees were paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
8. Subscribers' obligations
Subscribers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of listings they upload
- Obtaining appropriate consents from buyers to process their messages
- Complying with BOVAEP / REA / REN rules applicable to their licence
- Paying subscription fees on time
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or applicable law. Subscribers may cancel in accordance with their Subscription Agreement.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified on this page and to active Subscribers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
