What this means for you
Replyjer uses Large Language Models (LLMs) — the same category of technology as ChatGPT and Claude — to answer buyer questions about property listings. While we engineer the system to pull from the developer's or agent's actual listing data and to refuse to answer questions outside that scope, LLMs are known to occasionally:
- Hallucinate details: confidently stating facts that aren't in the source data
- Misinterpret questions: answering a slightly different question than was asked
- Use outdated information: if the listing has been updated but the bot's index hasn't refreshed
- Make arithmetic errors: in price-per-square-foot calculations or similar
What you should do
Always verify any listing detail directly with the developer or its licensed agent before:
- Paying a deposit or booking fee
- Signing a Letter of Offer or Sale & Purchase Agreement
- Committing to a viewing that requires you to travel
- Making any financial commitment based on listing details
Think of Replyjer as an information tool to help narrow your search — the same way you'd use a property portal listing. The developer and its licensed agent are the source of truth for everything important.
