While we engineer the system to pull from the agent's actual listing data and to refuse to answer questions outside that scope, LLMs are known to occasionally:
- Hallucinate details: confidently stating facts that aren't in the source data
- Misinterpret questions: answering a slightly different question than was asked
- Use outdated information: if the agent has updated a listing but the bot's index hasn't refreshed
- Make arithmetic errors: in price-per-square-foot calculations or similar
What you should do
Always verify any listing detail directly with the licensed agent before:

- Signing a Letter of Offer or Sale & Purchase Agreement
- Committing to a viewing that requires you to travel
- Making any financial commitment based on listing details
